Elijah Monroe is a seasoned portfolio manager and fintech entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in capital markets and investment strategy.

Prior to founding Captiros, Elijah led client portfolio growth initiatives at JP Morgan Asset Management and later advised high-net-worth individuals through a boutique wealth firm in Boston.

With a background in economics and behavioral finance from the University of Chicago, Elijah launched Captiros to bridge the gap between institutional-grade tools and everyday investor access.

Dr. Serena Caldwell

Head of Strategy

Dr. Serena Caldwell holds a Ph.D. in Quantitative Finance from the London School of Economics, where her research focused on predictive models in equity options pricing.
